Zoom R8 Vs Boss Br 800

The boss was focused on selecting a sound and tracking right from the start.

Zoom r8 vs boss br 800. The reverbs are pretty crappy on the boss though. Zoom s amp modelling has always been impressive. The zoom r8 was convoluted from a ui perspective. Might be my personal preferences.

Boss gt 001 billed as a desktop gt 100 guitar multi effects but this tidy unit has a mic input enabling it to approach the br 800 s functionality. Zoom r16 vs boss br 800. I thought the amp modeling was superior from an emulation eq perspective compared to the zoom and garageband. Boss br 800 is priced at 449 and zoom r24 is priced at 499.

Boss br 800 vs the zoom r24 thoughts. On the other hand zoom r24 has much more features compared to boss br 800 and it s such a deal considering all the features and build quality that you ll get. I want to load it with atleast 60 minute single track so 8 tracks audio files from my laptop and go on stage without a laptop so i can mix via faders. Sonar interfaces and all the rest.

What i want is something to quickly track first ideas then dump them into logic or reason for adding building etc. February 19 2012 10 30 09 am i really like my boss br 1600 the cosm guitar amp emulation is brilliant and once you get your head into it is really quite simple to use.

Simply easier and more transparent to use. Zoom r16 or boss br 800 how good are both or either of these for streaming audio from the sdhc cards. I tried both the boss and the zoom r8 5 or 6 years ago gave the boss back and kept the zoom. I m on the bus with the br 80 in hand.

I am using sonar professional latest version. Zoom r8 similar spec to the boss br 800 although it does include editing features that the boss lacks.
